Password reminders can be sent automatically through the registration system to the e-mail address on file. If you have changed your e-mail address in the past year, or you can't remember your user ID or password: Contact the Delta Region Office with the name of the member, your current address and the athlete's date of birth. E-mail is better than a message left on the answering machine.
NOTICE: 2010-2011 memberships expired October 31, 2011. If you have not renewed your membership, you are no longer covered by Sport Accident Insurance and are ineligible to practice or compete after 10/31/11.
Junior Olympic volleyball players will submit medical release forms to their club director at tryouts/registration.
Why Does USAV Require Background Screening for Coaches & Volunteers?
JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES
Regular Junior Membership: $50.00
This Membership option is for players born on or after September 1, 1999. Membership allows the individual to participate in all USAV sanctioned events without restriction.
Youth Membership (11 and Under): 15.00
This membership option is for players born on or after September 1, 2000. Membership allows the individual to play in regionally sanctioned tournaments only. Individuals in this category are not eligible to play in national level events (Region Bid Qualifier, Qualifiers, JNC, National High Performance teams/camps, etc.). If a member is participating in a national level activity, she/he would need to be upgraded to a "full" junior membership. Participants have the option to purchase USAV magazine ($2.50).
Other Youth Membership (8 and Under): FREE
This Membership option is for players that are 8 years of age during the entire membership season. Membership allows the individual to play in regionally sanctioned tournaments only Individuals in this category are not eligible to play in national level events (Region Bid Qualifier, Qualifiers, JNC, National High Performance teams/camps, etc.). If a member is participating in a national level activity, she/he would need to be upgraded to a full membership. Participants have the option to purchase USAV magazine ($2.50).
ADULT MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES
Regular Adult Membership: $50.00
This Membership option allows the adult of a Junior Club to participate in all USAV sanctioned events without restriction. This membership includes Coach, Assistant Coach, Trainer and Tournament Director. Add $17.50 if background screening is needed.
Chaperone of Junior Team: $25.00
This membership option will allow individuals 25 years and above to not only serve their team as chaperones, but will allow the individual to begin the Official’s certification process to be included on the team roster. Add $17.50 if background screening is needed. Participants have option to purchase USAV magazine ($2.50).
Referee Membership: $25.00
This membership option is for adults wishing to referee junior competition and who are not affiliated with a Junior Program. Add $17.50 if background screening is needed.
Adult Player Membership: $25.00
This membership option is a full membership without restriction to participation, programming or duration (as a player only). Individuals, who also wish to coach, officiate or assume other roles must be upgraded to a “full” adult membership.
Collegiate Player Membership: $15.00
This membership option is for collegiate students (age 19-23) who wish to participate in Adult Events as a player. A college student who also wishes to coach, officiate or assume other roles must be upgraded to a “full” adult membership. Participants have option to purchase USAV magazine ($2.50).
