 Password reminders can be sent automatically through the registration system to the e-mail address on file.  If you have changed your e-mail address in the past year, or you can't remember your user ID or password:  Contact the Delta Region Office with the name of the member, your current address and the athlete's date of birth.  E-mail is better than a message left on the answering machine.

NOTICE:   2008-09 memberships expire October 31, 2009.  If you have not renewed your membership, you are no longer covered by Sport Accident Insurance and are ineligible to practice or compete after 10/31/09.

 Junior Olympic volleyball players will submit medical release forms & payments (if not paid on-line) to their club director at tryouts/registration.

Why Does USAV Require Background Screening for Coaches & Volunteers?

Summary of Annual Membership Fees:

• Junior Players $40
• Adult Coaches, Volunteers & Chaperones of J.O. Volleyball Teams $40 (plus $17.50 Background Screening every two years)
• Adult Players $20 (not involved with JO Volleyball program in any capacity)
• Adult Referees $20 ($17.50 background screening required every two years)
