Renew My Membership

Password reminders can be sent automatically through the registration system to the email address on file. If you have changed your email address in the past year: Contact the Delta Region Office

From Delta Region Registrar Joanie Williams

“I played in 2010-2011. Can I tryout with a team before October 31 without registering?”  Yes...just login to the USAV Member Account site (found on the Delta Region website) and print a copy of your membership card.

If you are uncertain as to which Club you plan to join: Choose “Undecided” as your club of choice.  Once you have made your decision, you can then log back in to the USAV Member Account site and change to the appropriate club.

If you have forgotten your Username or Password:   The username will be your email address at the time of your original registration (unless you have changed it). So, if you still have the same email address, but you have forgotten your password -- just click on the button "Forgot my Password" when you try to login. Your password will be sent directly to you by email. There is no need to contact the region office. After you register, you can log back into the USAV Member Account site (found on the region website) and change your username and password to something easier for you to remember next season.

If you can't remember your username just contact your club director from last season or email me at reg@deltavolleyball.net. Send me your name (not your parents) and date of birth (not your parents). I will email the information back to you. This is much better and faster than a phone call.

FYI: If you have more than one family member registered with USA Volleyball—and they use the same email address to register—the next family member that registers will have a number at the end of their username (in the order that the email address was used). This helps the system distinguish between the members. Example: Mom Betty first registered using the email address volleydog@yahoo.com. The system automatically gives her a username of volleydog@yahoo.com. Then, her daughter registers using the same email address—her username will be volleydog@yahoo.com1... then another sibling registers and receives a username of volleydog@yahoo.com2, etc…

Hint:  As you renew this season, make sure that your membership record has a valid email address---one that will not change over the next year. This will make it easier for your Club Director and potential recruiters to email you, and it definitely helps you when renewing your membership next season!

Pay Immediately by Visa or MasterCard: This season we are again proud to offer you the opportunity to pay your USA Volleyball membership by credit card. At the conclusion of your registration, just click on the credit card drop down box and then follow the instructions. Your membership with USA Volleyball and the Delta Region is active immediately. This should eliminate some of the paper work you normally had to have for Club directors and for tryouts. If you decide later that you wished that you had paid for your membership by credit card, but didn't, just call me (870-933-8110) with your Visa or MasterCard number, expiration date, security code and name on the card and I can put it in from my end. No problem.

Print your Membership Card & Medical Release Form for Tryouts:  By choosing to pay your membership by credit card & choosing to complete the electronic signature option, the only USAV items you need to take to tryouts are listed below. Some clubs may require additional information. Contact the individual club for this information.

1)       Your 2011-2012 Membership Card

2)       Completed Medical Release form signed by your parents or guardians.

If you need additional copies of either of these items, just log back into the USAV Member Account site and re-print.

If you do not pay by credit card or do not use the electronic signature option while registering, you will need to print the following forms to bring with you to tryouts:

1)      Signed (by both player and parent) Application for Membership. Signatures and information must be clearly written. If I cannot read the information it will delay your membership acceptance.

2)      Signed (by both player and parent) Waiver & Release of Liability and Code of Conduct forms

3)      Signed Medical Release form

4)      Check for the Registration fee written out to the Club.
