New Member-Junior Player

New on-line junior player membership in the Delta Region. 

Here's the paperwork needed after you finish registering on-line:

• Junior Player Medical Release (give to junior club director--do not mail to Region Office)
• if you choose NOT to use Electronic Signature Option, the on-line system will produce a manual Waiver & Release of Liability you'll need to sign & give to your club director to complete registration.

Do NOT send forms or fees directly to the Delta Region Office; take these to your club director or to tryouts.

Explanation of optional fees appearing on on-line registration: 

• $5.00 High-Performance donation will be paid directly to the national HP program (not the Delta Region program) to support Youth National Team and A2 & A3 camps.  If you check this option, you are obligated to pay the $5 fee.  Most members would prefer to make donations to Region-based programs
• Extended officials' insurance: $6.85 additional fee is ONLY for PAVO officials (not ANY junior officials)  It is highly unlikely you should include this fee.
